How the bonus works

  • The program is ongoing and open to all employees.
  • A driver or an office employee can refer a driver, worth up to $1,500.
  • An office employee can refer a staff member, worth up to $1,000.
  • The bonus is paid over your referral’s first 90 days of employment, through normal payroll.
  • Submit the referral before they apply. We pay on the referral we received first.
  • A recruiter contacts them directly. You do not have to chase anybody.
  • Some restrictions apply.

Another way to refer

If you'd rather they apply themselves, send them to m-v-t.jobs or driveformvt.com.

Tell them to answer Yes when the application asks if they were referred, then enter your name. That is what ties the referral back to you.
